在垂直和水平方向提供高水平的減振性能，適用于低速輕負(fù)載運(yùn)動(dòng)平臺(tái)。
THO系列減振器采用兩室系統(tǒng)，用氣管將兩室相連接。兩室結(jié)構(gòu)能夠有效衰減傳遞到設(shè)備的振動(dòng)，使裝載附件的設(shè)備所需穩(wěn)定時(shí)間降低。
如需要較高的水平度，可將精密(士0.05mm)調(diào)平閥門(mén)安裝在減振器上。
Product introduction
THO series provides high-level vibration isolation performance in both vertical and horizontal direction, it is suitable for moving platform of low velocity and light load.
THO series adopt dual chamber system connected by air tube, which can effectively reduce the vibration transmitted to the equipment, thus shorten the settling time.
Precision leveling valves are needed to install on the isolator if high levelness is required.
